Due to the nature of this business, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on orders once the order has been placed. Please be certain of your order before you purchase. Please contact me with any concerns, and I will do my best to take good care of you!

All orders placed are final.

Creating beautiful stationery and paper goods and offering superior stationery accessories are of the highest priority to me! I create many of my items by hand with attention to detail. Although I strive for perfection, some items may have slight imperfections. Please contact me if there is any issue with your order.

I am a one-woman small business who strives to create beautiful, quality stationery & budgeting essential products with my customers in mind.

Due to many items in my shop being designed and handmade from scratch; as well as being made to order, please be aware that there may be some slight discrepancies from the item you receive in terms of the measurements, cutting etc. I strive to make them as close to perfect as I can, but I am only human! Please only order if you are happy to accept this. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me as I am happy to work with you on it, I will always try make it right since customer satisfaction is important to me!

Also please note that as I am only one person and items are many times made to order, it may take between 7-10 business days for me to create your product(s) lovingly by hand. This will delay shipping a bit. If you have a need for a product by a certain timeframe, please contact me prior to placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

SHIPPING & TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Current processing times vary depending on demand. I do my best to ensure that up-to-date processing and shipping times are provided on my home page.

Once shipped, you can expect your happy mail within 3-5 business days.

All orders will arrive beautifully packaged since I strive to create the best unboxing experience for all of my customers. Please let me know if your shipment has arrived damaged so I can work with the shipping company to avoid any future issues.

Please be aware that do not have any control over the delivery time once it has been dropped at the Post Office and/or UPS or FedEx.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have been received at the Post Office, FedEx or UPS. If your tracking says it has been delivered but you suspect theft or delivery error, please email moonlitmeadowsprinting@gmail.com for instructions on how to file an insurance claim on your package for up to $100 value.

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
I accept payments via all major Credit/Debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed through third-party providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times are typically 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier services.
Once an order has shipped, Moonlit Meadows is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted unless an item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact me within 2 days of delivery for assistance. A replacement will be issued after the defective item is returned for inspection. Moonlit Meadows will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moonlit Meadows is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of its products. Customers are responsible for using products as intended and reviewing any material disclaimers.
